Republican Panel Has Spoken
#1
And it's damning.

Still very sad to see how many turned on our great country for Trump. We must not forget once he is out of office. We can't let them act pro America and patriotic after they were so quick to sell out to our enemy's.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/final-report-on-russian-interference-and-ties-to-trump-is-released-by-g-o-p-led-senate-panel/ar-BB186rlv?ocid=spartan-ntp-feeds

There is more to being patriotic then attacking those who kneel. You must stand for our Democracy, our Constitution, and against those who want to see America fall.

Republicans are going to turn on Trump so fast once he is voted out, but they should be held equally responsible for turning on this great Nation, as should his voters who knew but chose to defend and ignore the biggest act of treason we've witnessed since Benedict Arnold.

In February, I think most Republicans are going to say "Donald Who?"

And? If anything, this goes to undermine the narrative of a deep state conspiracy against Trump and that the Russian stuff was made up.

Looks like he is guilty of lying to the feds.  Puts him in the same basket of eggs as Manafort, Stone, Flynn, Coats, Cohen, and Papdopoulos.

I expect a Trump tweet proclaiming this guy was treated very badly during a total WITCH HUNT!!!! with a presidential pardon to follow.

What's the big deal about lying?

We've spent 4 years repeatedly confirming that Russia is seeking to interfere in our elections after doing so in 2016, and we have done little to prevent it from happening again.

So you are saying FBI lawyers have a side?

Seth Meyers made a joke that announcing this now would be the equivalent of ABC announcing that the characters on Lost actually did die in the plane crash and the island was purgatory.

Sure, it confirms a fan theory, but it's old news. The people who believed that were already convinced and everyone else doesn't care anymore.

He also equivocated announcing this now with the husband who walks into the kitchen when dinner is almost ready and asking "Hey honey, is there anything I can do to help make dinner?"

Both are a pretty good portrayal of how it feels to have this news announced now.

Steve Bannon called to say he will be late.

Lying to donors in order embezzle charitable contributions is kinda a full time job that these Trump associates keep doing again and again.

The reactions you’ve read are just the beginning. Biden is going to get four years of Trump was worse. They will become everything they despise in Trump supporters.

The difference is President Biden won't be calling Neo Nazi's "very fine people" or asking a foreign country to help him with an election if they want foreign aid.

When you decide to defend a president who is historically unfit doing historically outrageous things, and do so by repeating complete falsehoods, you forfeit some things, including credibility when you complain about minute things.

I’ve read for four years that lying to investigators really isn’t a crime or and indication of wrong doing and trading relief from US sanctions in exchange for releasing hacked DNC emails isn’t collusion.

The difference is my comments were facetious.

I'm confused.

Are you saying Democrats are suddenly going to become pro-Russian anti-socialists who actually support socialism through their adamant belief that socialism is bad?

Or are they going to become pro-religious state supporters who think the only way to individual freedom is to repress the freedoms of others, thereby expressing their own freedoms of being free?

Unfit by whose designation?

Did Lincoln identify five common objects in a row? Probably not. Did Washington draw a line between correlating numbers and letters? Likely not. Could FDR count backward from 100 in groups of 7? Who &%$^ing knows?

Truth is, Trump is the only POTUS known to take and pass a test to show he's smarter than a cucumber. The fact that he felt the need to prove he's smarter than a cucumber is irrelevant.
