It very well is a big deal. It is reported these girls are part of a human trafikking ring. Reportedly these girls are taken, kept in the facility, and not allowed to leave. This will not end well for Kraft.

That changes everything. Didn’t read the articles posted because I had read something earlier which never mentioned trafficking. Didn’t some of the players make trafficking a big focus during the SB? I believe they did. Good ole Roger Goodell is going to have to get creative on this one to protect his buddy in the NFL.

Is Kraft really Roger's buddy or just the owner of the league's best franchise?  Roger sure has gone after the Pats with a vengeance when given the chance.

Unless they can prove Kraft was a part of the trafficking ring (which I highly doubt) the worst he can get is misdemeanor solicitation.

Shhhhhhh don't ruin people's hate boners.

Unless they can prove that Kraft was involved in the trafficking ring or knew that the girls were there against their will (doubtful), he'll just be the butt of a few jokes, maybe a brief suspension, hefty fines and have it brought up every once in a while.

Glad to see that the bigger issue, the trafficking, is getting cracked down on.

Nope, he's been dating a chick much younger than him.

Nothing screws up a date with a much younger chick than getting caught soliciting prostitutes.. Now me on the other hand go for old bag ladies and cat women..  Sad

Of course Kraft won't be charged with trafficking if he wasn't directly involved in doing so.  But there is that bigger issue.  Places like he was busted at are often involved in human trafficking.  Some time ago, I think it was on Dateline or one of those shows, they did an investigation into such places.  The women working there were brought over and had their passports taken by the people running it. They thought they were coming to America to be given honest jobs.  Instead they lived crammed into shitty rooms with just the basic amenities at best.  They were sex slaves with no way out.   So the people that go to those establishments and pay for the services are supporting it.

It's much like people that buy illegal drugs.  Many think, "No big deal.  It's just a little weed or coke. It doesn't hurt anyone. I'm just having a bit of fun."  But the money spent on those drugs supports illegal operations, gangs, and drug cartels that have been responsible for the death and suffering of countless people.

When a person decides to go to one of these places, for a quick "handy" or whatever because they think it is just no big deal, they are complicit because they are helping to finance human trafficking.

If indeed guilty, yes I believe in innocent until proven, I bet Kraft will make an apology and give some donation toward an organization that fights human trafficking and that will be it with no real concern for the issue. He's a billionaire and will get all the privileges that kind of money affords him. If he did solicit I am willing to bet it wasn't his first time, just the first time he got caught.

Call me skeptical that an ultra-rich white guy is going to get busted for being a semi-secret sex-scummer. I'd complain more about this, but I might start to veer into P&R territory.

it wasn't just Kraft, and the Asian women at that spa were trafficked. They were there, performing their acts, against their will.

There've been hundreds of arrests this weekend.

In ATL before the Super Bowl

Kraft's spa

Thousands more coming.
Today I'm TEAM SEWELL. Tomorrow TEAM PITTS. Maybe TEAM CHASE. I can't decide, and glad I don't have to.

Seeing as he did get busted I’m going to have to elevate you to super-sceptical here.

I've had the same thoughts and I'm in no way trying to defend him. But a 77 year old multi$$$$$$$$$$$$$aire going into some dive for ummm

When he could have anything and everything he wanted in some $5,000 a night Hotel. But you see mega rich movie stars busted for shoplifting items that cost $1.49 so......

They do it for the thrill. Easy to do their fetishes and such to the peasants than high class call girls. Many character defects have strange boundaries.

They also do it to the disadvantaged so they can point out that they have reasons to "falsely" accuse them.

I'm so confused.

Dude could've flown in a escort anywhere from around the world to please him. Why get a happy ending at a strip mall?
