I wonder if we’ll see Sims and Rose as the outside guys with Alexander being backed up by Phillips in the slot. Then we could use Phillips as a punt returner, if we force a punt...

Interesting.  I remember being very impressed with Phillips coming in for Dre last year....Maybe Rose can return the favor?
