I know the rules have changed, but has the mentality? I think not! I always used to joke with my friends and dad when Jack Lambert was in his prime, how he almost looked a little psycho, and how, especially on defense, to be a really good defensive player you almost have to have a screw or two loose!
I think that Adam Jones needs to go, because he is unwilling to stay as a punt/KO returner and has stated he will probably go because the Bengals can't afford him. Good! The Bengals have shown they already have some good young defensive backs and they can always draft more.
Burfict needs to stop the foolish penalties, like ankle twisting and out of bounds stuff, but all in all, looking at the clips above, he's old school! Not sure the Bengals can afford to lose that. Just keep him aware of the modern rules and try to keep him within those boundries.
