Shout out to the current sack leader...Carlos Dunlap!

Right now he's leading the NFL with 6.5 sacks. We're seeing Dunlap in his prime and he's an animal. Tiger

Hoping he can keep it up! No reason why he can't I bet the rotation will help keep him fresh late in the season.

Yes indeed, congratulation Carlos.   Keep it up.

And what is more impressive is that he's doing it consistently. He hasn't had a game where he had 4 or 5 sacks. Dude is ballin'.

Read on here a few times people calling for an improvement in his play. He is delivering. On pace for 16 odd sacks. He is playing very well.

Heck, 6.5 is usually pretty close to his season total. To have that in 6 games is amazing. I always felt like Dunlap had this potential, so it's cool to see him finally play on this level. He's always been good, but he's capable of being one of the best in the NFL.

The impressive part is he gets sacks in spite of being asking to play contain against the mobile QB's stopping him from going straight after the QB on a lot of snaps

He is also an under rated run defender

He is the complete package

Free Agency ain't over until it is over.

First 6 years BB - 41 wins and 54 losses with 1-1 playoff record with 2 teams Browns and Pats

The DL should do well versus a non mobile Ben .

Does anyone remember the last time the Bengals had someone with 16 sacks??

Coy Bacon in the early 70s recorded 22, but that's unofficial since it wasn't a stat then. Otherwise our franchise record is 13 in a season

He's living up to his contract, would be nice to have the other book end stepping up and getting some as well (MJ).

MJ has never been a sack machine. He had one season with 11.5 sacks, but his next highest total in a season is 6. However, even though he's not a big pass rusher, he does a great job at defending the run. Also, he's a pain in Joe Thomas' ass.

This is the key here.

Also, not been an asset in run defending so far though.

Depending upon context, it either means "between 16 and 17" or "about 16."

You know, odd. 16 irregular sacks, as opposed to the normal kind.

Super impressed with carlos. With Geno being Geno again, los can focus on getting the qb. Was glad he took the deal that was between him and MJ before the latter's field trip to tampa.

Keep it up carlos

I'm wondering if his knee is still not 100%. He isn't occupying cutback lanes like he used to.
