Some Damn Ugly Numbers!
#1
Since starting 8-0 in 2015, the Bengals are now 10-22-1 in their last 33 games (including the PO game) against teams not located in Cleveland.

The offense has been held to less that 300 yards 7 times on the year, and less than 200 yards 4 times...while rushing for less than 80 yards 9 different times.

The defense has allowed an average of 400 yards per game over the last 8 games (400+ 5 times) and 112 or more rushing yards in 7 of those 8 games.

I'm glad we lost in this manner...i don't see how MB keeps this coach and it hopefully opens up the possibility of replacing our mediocre QB.

My top two reasons for that is poor drafts the last few years, and hiring Zampese as OC last year. Then a plethora of reasons like lack of quality free agents, coaching, and the typical other reasons most fans would agree on.

I can honestly see Marvin retiring after this year.

I can too. The nice thing about the NFL is that change with coach and/or QB and you can instantly become a good team. Just took at the afternoon game with Philly and the Rams. Top QB selected, good coaching, and they're atop the league.

Again. Don’t get the hate towards Dalton. I guess the two drops by your superstar receiver and fumble are his fault. He didn’t play well, but AJM didn’t change anything. At all. It didn’t energize the team, and all he did was dump offs to the running back.

The issue isn’t Dalton. It’s the horrendous offensive line. Coaching. And disappearing act of ‘star’ players.

You've got John Fox telling people he expects to be fired, yet his team comes out playing fired up football on the road when they have nothing to play for.

Yet, the Bengals - still technically alive in the playoff picture heading into the game, looked like they wanted to be anywhere but on the field today, for the most part.

I don’t think anyone walked on the field today. Definitely a JV team playing.

Assuming you didn't see the 2-3 passes that bounced off defender's hands?

I thought the Oline had a good game, but I understand it's like talking to a wall. RB ran for about 6 YPC (the line NO NFL RB CAN RUN BEHIND and Andy had plenty time while only being sacked once.

This would not be a good game to try and makes excuses for Andy; dude had a passer rating in the 50s. The issue might not be Andy; however, this might not be the best game to use the "see I told ya" argument.

Not to mention yet another deflected pass that should have been caught go for another interception. The NFL should keep stats for interceptions as a direct result of a receiver. AJ would lead the league.

Allow us to watch the Rams/Eagles game to see how Winning teams play ball.

I agree Batman (hehe). The only guys that tried today was MJ, Dalton and Gio. The rest either clocked out after Monday night or didnt have enough experience because Marvin sucks at getting rookies playing time. Our organization sucks. However, there is good news. Mike will probably write a letter of apology as he counts his cash. Wait... No he wont, he will just count the cash. We know how much Burfict and Pacman effect our defense now. With that said, it should be solid in Guenthers case that he needs to be escorted out of town also. Defense was absolutely horrible.

I didn't watch the game today, little blessing I hear, and I'm not sure I will. But if half of what I've heard and read about it is true this team has flat out quit already ! with a very few exceptions.

And I'm not sure I blame them ? Can you imagine playing for this dumpster fire of an organization ?

Now they got go into Minny, and Zim will have them salty over that loss today to Carolina.  Cripes, that's gonna be a blood-letting.

The problem isn't Dalton. I think AJ Green is a prima Donna who is soft and more than likely cries when he doesn't get his expected share of throws his way. When is the last time he has thrown a block down field? Let's talk about how shitty AJ is!

No I cannot imagine getting paid hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars to play a game for any organization.

With all the new rules they're considering they should also consider the "Marvin Rule" so he can just come out to the refs at halftime and take a knee at midfield while throwing a white flag and concede.

I mean everybody knows we ain't scoring chit after halftime anyways so..........
