Sometimes things happen for a reason

Pretty much everyone wantd a WR for the Bengals in the first round. This was the guy most often linked with the Bengals in the mocks:

I think we will be pretty happy with William Jackson III instead.

Whiners. Jackson could still play this season and is still a better option for us in the first round that Doctson.

We'd have to be pretty desperate to want to play a rookie fresh off of a torn pectoral with little practice.

If WJII does play, it will be because we're desperate and thin at cornerback.

It's our best bet to not play WJII at all this year.
