I can confirm that Cleveland has the internet - the guys I play Destiny with live in Cleveland.

I thinks it's more a case of the average Browns fan being illiterate.

I remember the first time I went there for work.  I couldn't believe how bad the smell was.  Literally.

A few years later we went there to go to the zoo on the way to Michigan to visit family.  

The zoo smelled better.

To be fair, they've cleaned up Cleveland quite a bit.
