Found out last night. The Browns are either incompetent or the front office was knowingly trying to screw over the coaches and deliberately tanked the deal.

You can choose which one. The Bengals did everything correctly.

Don't know why you would say this in this case (although in other cases you have a point). MB suckered a 2nd and 3rd round pick for his 5th rounder. Browns screwed up. This is on the Browns, not the Bengals....
