What in the hell are you talking about?  I've seen Lucie's facebook profile.  He's actually an Indian Buddhist. Mellow

What in the hell kind of response is that?  To anything?  With such a hatred filled response as that, it's no wonder that you are on restriction..

It's not a hate filled response. It's an honest observation.

Unless Bush didn't preside over 9/11; an act carried out by the friends of Osama bin Laden who was armed by Ronald Reagan.

In which case those shots to my head have had a worse effect than I thought.

Baloney.  It was an attempt to get people pissed off, and divert attention from the premise of this thread.

Furthermore, neither Bush nor Reagan had anything to do with the Jihadist that decided to assassinate 49 Americans, and wound 43 more.

If the premise of the thread is to bash the POTUS and nothing more, you're correct.

And I guess you're right when you say those two had nothing to do with those Jihadists actions.

You know unless you count arming and training their predecessors and attacking their homeland and starting a war based on lies.

But please continue living in that Fox News driven reality.

Christians can't be Islamic terrorists.

So it's a waste of time and money to pour through people who obviously have no ties to Islamic terrorism.

I don't know about follow the brown guy...  But I do say follow anyone who has correspondence/travel/etc with anyone from countries of terror.   Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Qatar, etc.

If you want to stomp out Islamic terrorism you need to start with people who worship Islam.

Terrorist kills 49 or 50. To bad no one had a concealed gun to take that guy down and save perhaps everybodys life but his.(we will never know unfortunately)

Law abiding citizens, should have all the guns and ammo they want. When a law abiding citizen uses a firearm to prevent a tragidy the MSM (Main Stream Media) never reports it. (Sure could of used one here).

Terrorists and trash like this are here to stay and there is only one way to deal with these psycos. Terrorists and crooks will have firearms regardless of whether they are allowed to by law. They will get any gun they want regardless of the laws that are passed because they don't care about our laws.

The problem with saying this guy is a terrorist or that guy is that once the laws are put in place the politicians/government will label anybody that doesn't agree with their ideologies and what they are trying to accomplish as an extremist or whatever. These days people with moral beliefs are sometimes portrayed as being extremists by the MSM. When in fact they are only guilty of being morally grounded, unlike the MSM and the powers that be.

The laws only limit the people who are law abiding, not the people that are willing to do these things.

If some a hole is willing to randomly kill people (or break into your house for that matter with bad intentions), he is willing to break any gun law that is made.

Law abiding citizens with guns and ammo are important to our security as citizens of the USA.

The founding fathers understood their importance and fortunately for us put it in our Constitution.

Sorry for the rant.

There was one person with a gun in there I heard.

Probably should have some sort of semi-automatic weapon just in case.   Mellow

Quote:Orlando Shooter Frequented Gay Nightclub Pulse, Messaged Guys on a Gay Dating App: REPORTS

Reports have surfaced suggesting that Omar Mateen, the shooter responsible for the death of at least 49 people at gay nightclub Pulse in Orlando, Florida, was a regular at that club and also messaged guys on a gay dating app.

RELATED: Get Out. Keep Running. — Susie Bright on Orlando
According to The Orlando Sentinel, Mateen visited the gay nightclub at least 12 times, a fact corroborated by 4 witnesses.

Reports of Mateen’s visits to Pulse were also reported in the Canadian Press, as Gawker points out:

“It’s the same guy,” Chris Callen, who performs under the name Kristina McLaughlin, told the Canadian Press. “He’s been going to this bar for at least three years.”

Ty Smith, who also goes by the name Aries, also said he’d seen Mateen being escorted drunk from the club, Pulse, on multiple occasions.

“(He’d get) really, really drunk… He couldn’t drink when he was at home—around his wife, or family. His father was really strict… He used to ***** about it,” Smith told the Canadian Press.

“Sometimes he would go over in the corner and sit and drink by himself, and other times he would get so drunk he was loud and belligerent,” Smith also explained to the Orlando Sentinel, which spoke with at least four clubgoers who remembered seeing Mateen at Pulse at least a dozen times. “We didn’t really talk to him a lot, but I remember him saying things about his dad at times… He told us he had a wife and child.”

Both Callen and Smith, who are married, tell the Canadian Press they stopped speaking to Mateen after he threatened them with a knife, apparently after someone made a joke about religion.

Callen and Smith are married and told the Canadian Press Mateen threatened them with a knife. The incident occurred after someone allegedly made a joke about religion to Mateen. Callen recalled, “[Mateen] said if he ever messed with him again, you know how it’ll turn out.”
Chris Hayes will be interviewing one of the men who reportedly knew Mateen after meeting him on a gay dating app. That individual says he was a regular at Pulse.

UPDATE. Another individuals has come forth saying they met Mateen on gay dating app, Jack’d. WABC News reports:

Kevin West said the shooter, 29-year-old Omar Mateen, contacted him three months ago through a dating app called Jack’d.

“When he first contacted me, he was saying things like, ‘What clubs are popping and things of that sort, what are good places to go?'” West said. “And I remember telling him, ‘Oh, you can just look it up online because I don’t go out that much.”

West said he didn’t think anything of it at the time. On Sunday morning, he said he met with FBI agents and showed them his communications with Mateen.

Chris Hayes shared that news on Twitter, as well.

Watch a news report interviewing West, below.

UPDATE #2 8:48 PM EST: The LA Times has it now too:

West was dropping off a friend at the club when he noticed Mateen – whom he knew by sight but not by name – crossing the street wearing a dark cap and carrying a black cellphone about 1 a.m., an hour before the shooting.

“He walked directly past me. I said, ‘Hey,’ and he turned and said, ‘Hey,’” and nodded his head, West said. “I could tell by the eyes.” […]

As soon as West saw photos released of Mateen after the shooting, he said, he drove to his local police station, where officers summoned FBI officials, who showed him a photo of Mateen on a computer screen.

“I said, ‘That’s him,’” West said, and turned over his phone and Jack’d log-in information to the FBI, which still had the phone late Monday, he said.

Islamic terrorism is the problem the whole world is currently facing.

It will never end until they have a reformation.

Or maybe he was stalking his prey and trying to find a place where he had the most targets with the least amount of resistance.

I'm sure he got the Florida gay community packing some heat now.

Sure.  He was downloading a gay meeting app and drinking at the gay bar just to scope it out.

And Babe wasn't gay because she got married once!

We don't ignore that either.   This thread is about Islamic terrorism.

If we have people involved in other terror groups then I am sure there are things that set them apart from the rest of us.   The point was that we don't need a wide net we need to a targeted approach and pour resources into areas we are most likely to find these guys.

If you are having trouble understanding this then please feel free to list out who you think I am avoiding.   I will tell you how we should be profiling them as well.

All you care about is Islamic terrorism.

This thread, any thread.

And you said that is all we should be focusing on.

So don't lie.

You don't even think there IS terrorism beyond the Islamic kind.
