The Browns just wanted to go home.

What a total embarrassment to the City of Cleveland and it's fans.
Did anyone on this team want to play last nite?  I would like Kevin Stefanski to tell us what exactly was the game plan last nite? Why did our top rb have 4 carries by halftime?  Our quarterback was 1 for 10. No halftime adjustments were made. Chubb ended up with 12 carries for 58 yards. Spending most of the second half watching on the sidelines. A coach putting his faith in a quarterback who threw 2 more ints, was sacked 9 times, had 4 passes batted down at the line, and consistently missing receivers all game. Woods soft defense let Harris run right through us for 188 yards. Ben wasn't the problem. The Browns were the problem. The offensive line was offensive. Receivers dropped passes. 10 penalties for 77 yards. Including a stupid penalty on Clowney for throwing a players shoe. What is he, 10 yrs old? And Stefanski once again looked lost calling plays. Steelers were fighting for a playoff spot. The Browns just wanted to go home.

That Green Bay game was a back-breaker. They win that and they come into Pittsburgh at 8-7 and with huge momentum. Win in Pitt and they're 9-7 and are playing us at home for the North title.

refs did them dirty on that last drive INT...  that call was so obvious a blind grandma 3 states away could have made it

The Browns need a QB before they'll ever reach their full potential.

running the ball with Chubb should be the entire Browns game plan every week. End of story. I could call that offense. GIVE HIM THE BALL!

But not this week. Your season is over, rest everyone. Neither team needs injuries this week. No point trying to win since it’ll just hurt your draft pick, and any other excuses they need to just roll over this week.

The Browns, they and their fans came into this season with such high expectations, yet are left empty handed once again.

IMO, I'd appreciate if people kept the smack talk type stuff in that forum. I avoid that part of the forum for a reason and would rather not see it trickle into other forums. Just my feelings on the way this thread has turned.

As to the OP. I don't know why the Browns coach wasn't playing the running game much with such a good RB. With Mayfield injured it has been clear that his injuries have been affecting his game and the Browns running game once it gets clicking can be really dominant.

I figure a polite request for people to self moderate is fine.  If not it isn't a huge deal. I can just stop reading the thread but wanted to share my thoughts on the issue.  :)

Leaving your rookie tackle in an island against Watt was a head scratcher. It was a bizarre game to watch overall. It’s like Stephanski was trying to prove a point but I don’t know what that point was.
