The Clinton record on Criminal Justice
#1
Found these two articles and thought it would be a good discussion here. I tried to quote parts of the articles but my phone keeps refreshing the page.

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/242382-rand-paul-bill-clinton-put-generation-of-black-men-in

And the salon article: http://www.salon.com/2015/04/13/the_clinton_dynastys_horrific_legacy_how_tough_on_crime_politics_built_the_worlds_largest_prison/

I will try and come back and quote it out when I can...

"A great democracy has got to be progressive, or it will soon cease to be either great or a democracy..." - TR

"The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little." - FDR

Quote:A spokeswoman for Correct the Record, a rapid-response group aligned with Clinton's campaign, argued Paul was engaging in partisan attacks.

Uhhh yeah...and?
“History teaches that grave threats to liberty often come in times of urgency, when constitutional rights seem too extravagant to endure.”-Thurgood Marshall
