Rumor is Bush is going "scorched earth" on Rubio/Kasich here soon. Which is quite possibly the dumbest thing he could do. 
He needs to go all in on Cruz/Trump and try and push the "establishment" guys ahead of them.

I think Fiorina will get serious consideration as a VP candidate if Hillary wins the DNC.
