We served the whole division L's that year. Benson was an animal in that season, and man what a playoff performance he had.

Maybe Tomlin is trying to get Burrow and Chase fired up and make Burrow force it/throw picks to Ja'marr.

Curtis has the rookie TD record, with 9 (unless there was another WR that I missed)

I meant TDs for a rookie and the overall club record for yards.

As a captain of the BGSU Swim Team, I am proud to say I never lost to the Toledo Rockets.  Not even when half my team ended up in jail (long story, not involved) and we had 8 guys left on the team.  Still beat Ball State and Toledo in the conference meet.

Didn't hate Toledo, though.  The team we really didn't care for was Miami.

But do think Chase will use it as bulletin board material personally.

Chase has more class, but if I were him and had a big game and Bengals win handily again ?  Would make a comment on how Tomlin doesn't seem to be quite the coach he once was but that's just how this league rolls when they adjust what you're doing.

I know and Curtis still has that rookie record, not Brown.

For the bold, I gotcha; misunderstood!

Trying to bate them? I don't see any of that, just an acknowledgment that Chase is a darn good receiver, adjustments have been made and it's incumbent upon Chase to do something about it. He either will or he'll be a one hit wonder.. I think he will, but it may take awhile.. We'll see..

Fine, whatever. We’ll just run Joe Mixon all day if it works better. I don’t care how the Bengals score. I just want a win.

Said if it were me and never claimed to have much commonsense personally and comment was meant to be more tongue in cheek.

But to be fair and assume it was not. They're going to try to cave Bengals heads every single game from my experience viewing over the years, even without a provocative word spoken. Sadly thuggery is a way of life to them and a badge they wear proudly.

Its a prerequisite for Chase to have big game and the Bengals winning handily before this scenario even raises up its head though.

Will be happy with just the win and whatever Chase does myself though.

Go Bengals !

Exactly and hope the Bengals are scheming against this approach to make the steelers pay for over focusing on Chase.
