Trump indicted...again
But Ivanka is only the end note. Donald himself takes the stand on Monday. And while I can see the Judge giving him some leeway, he's not going to put up with Trump's bulls*** instead of real answers for very long.

I assume he will go the same route as his sons where he brags up how rich and powerful and important he is until he's on the stand where he'll go into "I don't know anything, I just let the little people make all the decisions" route.

Didn't Don Jr leave his own wife and kids behind so he could fiddle with Gavin Newsom's ex?

P01135809 had a little hissy fit on the stand yesterday because the judge wouldn't let him read the disclaimer while being questioned.

Amazing how we have to tolerate and accept that, but we simply aren't allowed to accept the rogue illegal immigrant who will rape and kill us rather than help us get our cheap OJ.

This helps illustrate the difference between a president who stands for rule of law

and one who stands for "law and order."

That’s crazy. He is straight up telling the cult members in attendance they are supporting the bad apple.

So many different threads about P01135809 lying about January 6th so I'll throw this in here:

This is one of those things that really irritates me. First, let me say that I am in favor of certain immunities for government officials because especially in today's hyper-partisan environment it would be difficult for administrators to do their jobs without it. However, there is a level of deference that has been given in these cases is concerning to me. There is a fine balance that needs to exist in the immunity doctrine to balance the rights of the public versus the interests of the state. This sort of language plays into this. The idea of an officer or any government official being "rogue" immediately disqualifies them from immunity because immunity should not exist without following established protocols and procedures. Going "rogue" implies a detachment from the established rules. Stuff like this is concerningly un-democratic.
