Excellent article on a good gun owner.

It is very long though so if folks don't like to read the whole thing they'll miss out.

JOHN ROBERTS: From time to time in the years to come, I hope you will be treated unfairly so that you will come to know the value of justice... I wish you bad luck, again, from time to time so that you will be conscious of the role of chance in life and understand that your success is not completely deserved and that the failure of others is not completely deserved either.

Bump. This is a really good article about a "good guy with a gun."

Inane bait, but I'll toy with it. The guy says he's for background checks, which already exist. Cool. He says he's for training being required for a CCW, which is the case in many states already. Cool. Nowhere does he advocate for the garbage that's being passed as gun control in many anti-2A states, magazine restrictions, arbitrarily banning types of firearms, restrictions on the purchase of ammunition, etc. Essentially you just posted a story about why an armed populace of responsible citizens, which 99.99% of legal gun owners are, is important. Thank you for advancing our cause.
