This will probably get moved to AFC North and only applies to a couple of folk here, that I'm aware of, which is why I put it here and not in Around the NFL.
I have a ton of respect for Paul Brown and what he accomplished with his great football mind.
There's only one team, that I know of, that was named AFTER their founder, and that's the Browns.
Let me make it clear that I have been a Bengals fan since 1968, and will go to The House as a fan at that appointed time.
The fact that I was a Browns fan, from around 9 to 15 years of age, ONLY because the Bengals weren't birthed until 1968, has no bearing on why I say this.
Not so much anymore, but in the past, I could call them the Cleveland Clowns but I, (applies to me and no one else) would NEVER disrespect PB's name by calling them the Stains!
Just saying!
