WR's Late Round Possible Gems?
#1
Since WR is not really a big time need, but it's always nice to have a guy coming thru the pipeline that develops and becomes a contributor, and we have a lot of day 3 picks so gotta use them somewhere.

Daesean Hamilton, Penn State - From this offense, Barkley gets all of the attention and rightfully so, but Daesean has talent as well. PFF Rated him as one of the best Run blocking WRs. Had a couple of down years, but finished strong as a Sr. Clean route runner, makes cuts on routes that make many db's look silly.

Jaleel Scott, New Mexico St - High ceiling, still needs time to develop and learn how to position his body to make the catch. Played very well against the Power 5 conferences when his team played them. Didn't have a great Sr. Bowl showing.

Cedrick Wilson, Boise St. - Finished as MVP of the Las Vegas Bowl game vs Oregon Ducks. JUCO Transfer, eclipsed 1k yards in both seasons at Boise St. Rated highly as a Sleeper of this draft, so he'll probably go in the 3rd.

Slippers cause of issues/trouble (MB Faves):

Jordan Lasley, UCLA Bruins. Someone had to catch passes from Josh Rosen. One of the most explosive players in 2017, also arrested twice in 2016 (underage drinking and using a fake ID to get into Club Hollywood). Both seem minor to me, but he will fall a couple rounds because of it.

Equanimeous St. Brown, Notre Dame. Down year stat wise, but was it because of Winbush sucking or lack of motivation?

Bad Boy of the WR's:
Antonio Callaway, Florida. Extremely talented player, but got caught up in a Credit Card fraud scam. If he meets certain conditions, his Felony charge will be dropped. Is he capable? Should we take a chance and let Mikey Boy have his redemption project??

Who else is out there? Who do you like??

Equanimeous St. Brown, is one I would keep an eye on. Scott is another one.

I have spent no time looking at WRs.

There is always at least one i like late.

But with AJ Ross Boyd Lafell Malone Core and Erickson...

I just dont see a rookie cracking the roster. We need a returner. I think Brandon Wilson and Erickson would compete for the role. If im looking at guys in this draft Im lookikg for return ability first

Well that's not really late round is it?  Daurice fountain is getting a lot of hype leading up to the draft as a mid to late round flyer

If the team wanted competition for Erickson, I like Quadree Henderson from Pitt.
Being projected as a dynamic return specialist (26.6 yards per KR with 4 TDs, 13.4 yards per PR with 3 TDs) and a gadget slot guy.
Reminds me some of Hawkins but with actual return specialist ability.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Patience has paid off!

Sorry for Party Rocking!

I miss having that "gadget" element to the offense.  His return skills are bonafide.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Lazard out of Iowa St. is one I would like to see with one of our 5th rounders. Cantrall out of Texas Tech would be one to snag with one of our 7th rounders.

Auden Tate is projected to go in the 4th or 5th round. Dude is 6'5', but does lack NFL speed and quickness. He's deadly in the Red Zone though. Would work well with AJ and Eifert.
Today I'm TEAM SEWELL. Tomorrow TEAM PITTS. Maybe TEAM CHASE. I can't decide, and glad I don't have to.

I like tate, also like lasley and Anthony miller,I can't remember but I think I really like daurice fountain. It was either him or some other guy that looked real good high pointing the ball and everything I'll check my YouTube history.

Yeah daurice fountain is the receiver who high points the ball the best he can be a real steal. Also I like jmon moore he's got the frame and body almost like Calvin johnson, the only problem is I don't see him high pointing the ball at all for his size he lets the ball come to him. There's also Kevin whites brother kazir he looks alright. Marcell ateman another big guy that can high point the ball. Darren carrington looks like a posession receiver he played with oregon before he transferred.
