I've seen CLE and and MIN run 3rd and 5s for easy first downs. That would be the life lol. Baker Mayfield on this team would have 0 wins.

Yeah, he is a big back that has some speed. He runs a lot of flares and wheels from my observation, getting him on some more Texas routes and outs, actually matching him up on a LB would be good.

He'd do better with a FB I think, no clue.

We have to fix 3rd and 1/2s if we ever want to win a playoff game or even make the playoffs. Won't happen this year (fixing it).
I dunno. I think Mixon offers a lot. He just needs his oline to keep them out of the backfield.

I do think Evans should get some plays in there though.

Mixon is a stud receiver, I've mentioned I would love to see him get the ball more in the receiving game, I think it would help.

Mixon's faster than Chubb. Joe's o-line isn't executing worth a lick.

Chubb is a way better back though and its not even close

Not sure it's "hate". Mixon does some things good but he has two bad areas - pass blocking and cutting. Both of his negative plays would have been nice ones if he had cut back right away when he saw the defense.

Chubb also has most yards after rushing contact. First man usually takes Mix down.

He might be, but my point is that he isn't better than Chubb.

Well Chubb also plays behind the best line in the league

Yeah he had a 4mil contract with the Rams and asked to be traded or released because he wanted more playing time. I mean sit on the bench and collect your money and they may need you later plus what a good shot to win a superbowl with the Rams.

Mixon is line dependent and mostly straight runner.  Chubb has better field vision and can cut direction.

Yes he has that advantage however, he doesnt go down easily  He gets a fair amount of yards after he gets hit.

You’re talking out your butt there

I read Mixon had one of the highest yards after contact in the league this year somewhere

...trust me!

With the way their respective lines perform, there's no way you can tell.

It’s getting better. We had some back to back 2nd and 12. This time 2nd and 8
