***Week 17 GameDay Thread...Ravens @ Bengals***
If Fournette has a good combine and the ankle checks out OK, how do you guys feel about him?

Bengals looking good so far!

We may have to pony up for Burkhead or draft a RB high because Gio tore his ACL at the end of November. He'll probably start next year on PUP.

Is anyone else sad that this is the season finale for our Bengals? Man this sucks

Yes but that would be a GOOD idea... Precisely why Marvin won't do it

Not really, it would have been only 1 more game anyway.

I like the truck out of Texas as a better value in the 2/3 round, as opposed to having to use a top 10 pick on a RB.

6' 240+lbs and runs a 4.3 forty supposedly. Plus a 2,000 yd season.

I say keep all 3.

Neither Rex or Gio are built for short yardage pounding.  Jeremy is.

Rex and Gio are very similar in build and style, so you actually can interchange them without ever skipping a beat.  Let them get drive the train, then when you get into the short yardage and late 4th quarter close out points, send in Hill with fresh legs to pound it.

With a hobbled Gio and Hill being... Himself. I'd say RB is a high need. If fournette is there I hope we take him

The Offensive Line is blocking on these opening scoring drives. We can't lose Whitworth and Zeitler. Really, I don't want to lose either of them....Again, I hope re-signings coming after this game.

Man these guys look hot with all these back ups. Good play selection too. Where's this been all year?

I'm pumped to see CJ Uzomah get a touchdown and make some key blocks. With Tyler Eifert not as durable as he should be, another reliable tight end makes the Cincinnati offense more potent...and that play action into a roll right and throw was amazing.

Why not our current kicker?  He prevented a W last week as time expired, not Nuge or Alexander.

I don't "hate" him, he's no good. I'm not the only one. You don't have to single me out.

I'd take Rex and Gio all day over Hill and Gio. guarantee I'm not the only one. I think those wanting to keep Hill are in the few.

Oline is by far a bigger problem with this team than RB.  Legarrette Blount was cut like 3 times before he ended up in NE.  He's a productive back behind a good line.  None of the backs we have are special in NFL terms, but they have been and can be successful (incl. Hill) behind a good Oline.

Drafting a RB before the 3rd Rd would be a waste until they shore up the Oline.

I thikn we've been watching the same team, if you disregard stats - Hill has gotten his yards on big runs (i.e. he's incredibly inconsistent, if we throw out large runs his average YPC is probably low). I don't trust him whatsoever in short scenarios, do you?
