When your QB plays scared and your coach play calls scared, you can't win football games. STOP PLAYING SCARED, BENGALS!!!!

Two weeks in a row either a bad or makeshift OL has outplayed ours. They won’t even have to wash Rush’s uniform at this rate…

That’s his forth missed pic in 2 games

Our DB’s couldn’t catch an INT with a net. Never seen so many dropped balls

Not sure why so many so desperate to hang this on Burrow. Yeah he’s gonna have some effects from the trash protection. Just because the line pulls a miracle out of their rear one in 8-9 plays doesn’t just instantly bring back the Burrow of old. Just because it’s a smidge better than the first half doesn’t mean it’s adequate.

I think Burrow is also not 100% healthy, he lost a lot of weight.

Why can't they intercept the football?

Apple sucks

I think you have three separate things all playing together:

1) The line is not communicating correctly - that is evident because most of the issues are not physical but rather missing stunts and blitzers.

2) The offensive schemes make it worse by creating situations where anything less than perfect line communications causes big issues.

3) Burrow seems to have lost his pocket awareness to some extent.

This D line is just as bad as the Oline. 2 weeks against back up caliber QB’s and they can’t get to them.

I have said for years Mixon is a solid, but average, RB. Way overpaid. I never understood the love for a RB who averaged 3+ yards/carry these past few years and is not a great blocker. He has no explosive speed and is easily tackled. The Bengals need to put a priority on a RB in the draft next year that can block in pass protection, run with authority and catch passes. And don't give me "it's the OL" excuse. There are tons of RB examples who have success with average OLs and are paid way less.
