Things I'm rooting for:

No further injuries
Signs that the players who are starting all are developing -- I'm not magically expecting the Oline to be good, just show improved discipline and execution
Signs that the coaching is having and impact -- better play design as well as better read and reaction to what the other side is doing

I don't think we're trying to tank and I'm not a fan of tanking anyways. That said, I don't think we'll win but I'd like to see evidence of progress that we can build on.

Almost sounds like you're describing a pre-season game.  'Cause, sadly, that's where we are at this point.

I'll add this:  looking for the silver lining by donating a game to the Ravens so they can win the division.  Beats the two alternatives.

10 1/2 point dog. We generally play Baltimore well. Can we keep this one close?

Normally this would be a locally televised game for me. Instead we are getting Texans - Chiefs.

With our LB’s and their high reliance on tight ends? And their Dline against our Oline?

I’ll be surprised if it isn’t something like 45-3, Ravens

We generally play Baltimore close, but it's a new dey and all so I wouldn't count on it.

Wonder if they can keep them under 500 yds rushing. Lamar may only throw to keep the rust off.

Some friends are in town so we're going to go do some hokey fall crap today so you'll all have to live without my witty rapport to buoy your woebegone spirits!

I fear it'll be reminiscent of the San Fran game with the outside runs..
