***Week 7 GameDay Thread...Bengals @ Steelers***
And punt time.

They have to stop the "hill on 1st down for 1" nonsense.

Name one other offense in the NFL that sacrifices 1st down the way we do.

Need 9, toss a 6 yard pass
If you see something suspicious, say something suspicious.

Romo explaining why the run game is so important to passing. This line can't block for 3rd and 9. No time for routes to develop.

Would be nice if people on here would listen.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

Romo was right. Andy doesn't have time, Bengals aren't bulit for 3rd and 9s.

Good challenge! Unfortunately Cincinnati needs to throw beyond the sticks to convert third and long but Tony Romo just told us all why that can’t happen.

Did you not just hear Romo's explanation?

Defense usually starts slow, they had some time to settle in and make adjustments. This 2nd drive will be the telling one

What does Romo know? Clearly the issue is Dalton. /sarcasm

How much you want to bet they march it down the field and score another TD?

We have no chance today. The D looks like garbage and no run game so no play action and we'll be constantly behind on down and distance.

He didn't win a super bowl so he doesn't know what he's talking about.  Sarcasm

Yeah our offense has gotten to average under Lazor from being bad under Zampese...but it has a log way to go.

We're basically 1 dimension and that's passing to Green.

Disappointing to see they didn't come up with more creative plays on 1st down during the bye week.

To, not with. The minor, yet important distinction in reading comprehension. :andy:
