Haha - Honestly friend...I don't think any 1 for 1 player substitutions are going to save this season.

We're about 8 players away.

Honestly, organizational culture comes from the top down. We have an owner/GM who hasn't won a playoff game in 28 years.

You'd think the approach would change a lot. It hasn't seemed to.
