Glad they're getting the book thrown at them. There's a reason why people have supported such strong laws about medical privacy. Hopefully this will shut down anyone who was thinking of doing something similar.

But I agree that the prosecution is a good step.  It just can't help with the harm done by putting the fake news out there in the first place.

While I agree that they should get the book thrown at them, I don't think it'll do much to stop radicals like this. Radicals like  these and the more extreme ones (like the ones that attempt kill health care providers) don't think like rational human beings. They feel that invading peoples privacy or in extreme cases, violence, is justifiable because they're "saving babies".  But I agree I hope these people see a prison sentence.

BTW good thread...It's been getting kinda boring around here with all the Trump nonsense.
