Which way does Trump make the most money?

Which outcome would make more money for Trump?

1. Get re-elected President.

2. Double down on playing to his base, lose the election, and then create some media platform to market to his base. His base may not be big enough to win the election, but it would still be a huge market. He could get a show on Fox or even start his own network/internet platform.

That’s an easy one. Being able to funnel USA government money into his pocket is a huge win. Hell he signed in to law and accepted bail out money for his own properties that were already struggling. That is just a recent and obvious example.

Then you have his willingness to participate in any type of shady deal so with the full power of the federal government and with the senate in his pocket you best believe Trump friends are getting plenty of government welfare and he will be expecting favors in return.

Then you get in to foreign countries trying to get things done with our government. Best way to make that happen is enrich the conman’s family. He is emboldened enough to use American power and wealth to rig an election with no consequences so why in the world would he not do it to take advantage of his position of power to enrich himself.

generally I would agree with you.  But he seems to be acting like he does not even want to win.  His tactics are failing miserably but instead of changing course he just doubles down on throwing red meat to his base.

He can profit a lot more with his own media network. Us paying for his vacations and golf wouldn't cost nearly as much for him on his own as it does for him as President. He profits from government use of his properties, but he'll still profit without it.

How many conmen have you ever known to cut off government handouts? There is no time limit on him starting another trump brainwashing brand as a media network, he is ingrained into the Republican Party now. His time as pres is limited. He knows this. Hence the personal enrichment from the campaign itself. The stuff that can and has been paper trailed leads to the obvious, gov money is flowing to the trump org. The obvious obstruction the right has gone along with has covered up who knows how much money the conman has stolen from the American people.
