Who do you want to be our Head Coach?
#1
Since Marvin announced he's stepping down so we need a coach, I believe it needs to be a new face outside of th2 orgabization..The guys that are here now aren't going to be able to motivate the team it's not a new face. There not motivating the players now..we need a hot head on the sidelines..someone that gets into the game.

Should be an option for 'other', but if I had to choose out of those? Jon Gruden.

It'll be Guenther.
Everything in this post is my fault.

Don't get your hopes up. It's going to be an inside hire. The Bengals already seem to be suggesting that via media leaks.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

Somebody with no ties to the Bengals. A clean slate is what's needed.

None of the above.

I think I would go Jim Schwartz.

Not Guenther, who's defense has allowed 400+ yards 5 times in the last 9 weeks and has continued down the crapper.

Not Lazor, who's offense has now been held to 276 or less yards 7 times in the last 9 weeks and looks completely lost.

Simmons? Been here for 15 years. No thanks. Haslett, Coyle? Hell to the no.

If Mike, Katie, Troy and Duke have any desire to compete for a Super Bowl one day...the coaching search HAS to concentrate on outside candidates, who can bring a fresh voice, approach and direction.

Totally agree but we are dealing with the most stubborn, controling, slothlike sports owners in any sport.....I'm afraid the rumors are all true. I'm waiting on hearing it will be Simmons;  This is Mikeys sweet spot to get a guy who is just grateful to get the opportunity on the cheap, and and wont ask for anything else.

One who wants to be a HC, I guess.
