My favorite sports team besides the Bengals is the New York Mets. I saw them play tons of games against the Reds at Riverfront during the years I lived in Cincinnati. I have also seen them play not only in New York but also St. Louis, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay and Los Angeles. This has been their most exciting season ever and the sweep of a very good young Cubs team was epic.
I thought they would start the WS this weekend and I would do that instead of following the Bengals but I guess I will have to do something else entirely, like becoming a temporary fan of the teams playing the Steelers, Browns, and Ravens.
