NTs seem like they usually slide in the draft. And with the QBs in our division he may not be the ideal candidate to be chasing them around.
But he feels like a unicorn in this draft. And I think we have the luxury of reaching to ensure we get the best player at a position where we lost a good one.
Let Sweat shut down the RB run game and let our other athletic DL get after the QB's in our Division would be my vote.
I know a lot have thought Sweat might go in the early 2nd, but I think that is more of Bengals fans stressing our need for a NT right
now because as you say, run stopping NT's tend to slide every draft as they are a one trick pony in a passing league.
