***Week 3 GameDay Thread - (MNF) Rams @ Bengals***

We'll I do think the struggles right now for Burrow are 100% injury over him needing to knock off rust. But I also think Burrows floor is brownings ceiling.

Look at the replay

We need Joe to be willing to throw out to at least 20. He’s giving us 10 yards right now but we need him to try and throw out to 20. I feel like our offense would open up just enough to move the sticks. 10 yard willingness is just too short. DBs open up hips if they don’t see an immediate short route
The fact that Burrow has attempted very few 10+ yard passes should speak volumes.  Jezus it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see Burrow is not effective at this point.  Take him out and let him heal.  damn..............Browning is good enough to guide Cinci to a win.

Turner made the play

Joe literally just had to move to his right and Turner would’ve been cooked

take Volson's cord out your mouth

Dudes calf is shot

Burrow is a tackling dummy back there, couldn’t move if he had too.

Nope i refuse

He’s been weak today power wise but he’s not at fault for those Donald sacks

Joe is a statue right now

You mean, Cordell "on the upswing/HoF bound" Volson?   *heavy eye roll*

I made the mistake of picking an actual team, where my ol' man used to say his favorite team was whoever is playing the Steelers, and I'd ask who his second favorite team was and he'd say whoever last beat the Steelers, and I'd ask for his 3rd favorite team and he'd say whoever beat the Steelers before that.

Donald lined up on the RG, then looped around to come between the LG and LT while they were both engaged.  That's a twist / stunt.

Right now we're seeing another game where Burrow's inaccuracy has cost us points - so far this half he had two TDs easy if he would just be accurate.

Guys If the lines gives Joe even 2 seconds it’s a win

You can’t block for a statue.

Joe isn’t even BACKING UP

screw scrambling left or right, JOE ISNT EVEN BACKPEDDLING.

I’m starting to think he’s got a should issue too because this is bizarre

The Rams have two safeties playing safe to avoid big plays, we gotta attack the middle of the field.

Browning wouldn’t win 1 game. Burrow is looking fine. We’re starting to open up the play book and take some deep shots. Even though we didn’t connect, the next drive we were moving the chains.

I do think he’s knocking off some of the rust at this point too. And he’s doing it earlier in the game than he did last week so that’s promising. If the calf holds up I think we see us move the ball more in the second half. He just doesn’t have the strength to really push the ball down field with any zip.

I like how quick some bengals fans turn on their quarterbacks lol

Those 2 sacks just aren’t on him

Nonsense.  Burrow's floor was being IRed and that led to us getting Chase.  Browning's ass being on the bench putting up 0's never got us anything like that.

I like Joe but don’t trust he can make every play we need right now

Browning would at least open up the playbook because he doesn’t have an injury

Even if he’d miss the deep pass too at least he’s healthy

But then again Burrow did throw two TDs late against Baltimore so idk

Man I imagine most of us are just shaken up to see him be a shell of himself out there. It's unsettling.
