Refs are allowed to push and separate players. Players are not allowed to push refs...no matter how little the push is.

You can’t touch the officials, and they should not be touching you unless there is a physical altercation to break up!

Officials make that move all the time. They're allowed to do so. Burfict is not allowed to shove a ref, even if it was just his arm.
