There is no contract unless the man paid her to have his baby and wrote up papers to that effect.

Do you think the father should be able to force the woman to have an abortion if she does not want to?

Just an example, friend.  If there are other possibilities and nuances to one's value system on the subject, they are free to discuss those as well.  One could literally explore every conceivable possibility if that individual really wanted to be certain their partners value system aligned with their own.

Outside of the case of rape.  You are correct.

There was an agreement to participate in an act in which a child could be created.

Are you saying all contracts have to be written counselor?

....and still given the logic of you and others; if the woman changes her mind....

No.  I know the definition of a contract and you do not.  What consideration was given to make this anything close to a legal contract?

And do you believe that the father can force the woman to have an abortion if she does not want to?

No both should consent.

You know? Equal rights

Fred.  Could one write up a contract before conception that forced the woman to have the child?

If so, there is another option for you larry.  Just carry around a contract.   Or you could just procreate with a likeminded individual whose decision making you trust.

They have equal rights.  The woman get control over her body and the man gets control over his.  100% equal.

But if they doi sign a legal contract and there is mutual consideration then the man camn force the woman to have the baby or pay damages.  I have no problem with that.

You do realize that many can change their mind once faced with the reality of the issue don't you?

A self-professed swinger has a change of heart with faced with the reality that he know has a living off-spring.

Why don't you want him to have ANY rights.

If she changes her mind, the male contributed to said mind changing in one fashion or another.  Be it not setting up a warm and hospitable environment for child rearing before procreating, or merely procreating with someone whose values he did not know well enough, most likely a combination of many factors.

No they don't, She now has total control over his off-spring.

Absolutely minds change.  But there are steps that can be taken to better your odds, correct?

He has the right to procreate with whomever he chooses so long as they choose him as well.  If he wishes to do further due diligence, that is certainly his right as well.

But she didn't before.  It was his choice to give up that control.

And you want to give the man 100% control over it.  So how do you settle a dispute?

It was their choice.

Should a man be forced to pay child support of a child he doesn't want?

Nope.  Its HER choice now, because its HER body.  Again.  If a person wants to increase their odds of a specific outcome, the onus is on them to make sure they have done everything they can to best inform that decision.

Absolutely he should.  Again.  Informed decisions.

The woman carries it to term and surrenders all rights and responsibilities. With actions come consequences.

My turn for questions:

Should a man be forced to pay support for a child he does not want?

Why not just kill it before it can be viable? Only one of the parents want it

How much does she get paid for carrying the child 9 months?
