This is a good thing and starting us on the path that I've been wanting to see implemented all along.

To be a USC one of the 2 parents has to be a legal USC, aka Right of Blood, not what we currently have "right of soil". It just makes much more sense this way and would help solve a lot of future problems. We have too many international people working/visiting our country that take an advantage of this law. Take away the incentive.

The difference between us now and back in 1906.  Is that italians were not coming here for services.    This is a worldwide immigration issue.    This is spearheading a lot of problems in europe.

No one would say a word if these immigrants would be banned from services.    Illegals should be rounded up.   And legal immigrants should wait their 10 years before any services are avail.   And the only immigrants should be ones who bring something to the table.   Skills and education.
