I wouldn't mind someone like the last Eagles head coach he did win a superbowl or maybe Jay Gruden. I wonder if you could get Fickle (not sure if that's spelled right) to make the jump to the NFL.

I doubt Jon Gruden ever coaches in the NFL again.

Yeah, but his last name, man! And his first.

Meanwhile, Byron Leftwich's offense in TB since he joined in 2019:
2019 - 3rd in Points, 3rd in Yards
2020 - 3rd in Points, 7th in Yards
2021 (8 games) - 1st in Points, 3rd in Yards

Keep in mind that 2019 had Winston at QB and didn't have Antonio Brown or Gronk.

Obviously, I'm sure Bruce Arians has a heavy hand in the offense, but Leftwich is considered a great offensive mind and does do the actual playcalling, so he's going to land as a HC soon somewhere (if he wants).

Jay Gruden not Jon. But he may never coach again either.

Sorry, I meant to quote someone else who mentioned Jon, ended up quoting you.
I'd consider Jay Gruden for offensive playcalling. I liked his playcalling more than I like Taylor's.

Byron Leftwich would be an excellent candidate and someone I completely forgot about. He may be my new favorite candidate. I have a a lot of respect for Bruce Arians and he may be involved but I would consider that good experience working hand and hand with him.
