Probably "tag" him at the end of season even.

Who is better and available.

Batman hit a 30yd FG during the latest UC game. That puts him at 1/1, or 100% success.

He might not be the kicker we want, but he's the kicker we deserve.

RE: Marvin Sticking With Nugent - Nicomo Cosca - 11-21-2016

He'll make a few with no pressure now that the season is over and be right here with Marvin next year. I for one can't wait!

To be fair, we can't expect Marvin to hold his workers accountable when his bosses don't hold him accountable. Starts at the top

Doesn't matter. Keeping him continues to tell everyone less then mediocrity is fine. Besides we can't do worse.

At this point.....who cares?  Send a ***** message for once Marv....or Son of Paul.  One GD time....send a message.  The season is over....who cares if anyone is better at this point?  Could they seriously be that much worse?

RE: Marvin Sticking With Nugent - Nately120 - 11-21-2016

Nugent? More like Poo-gent, amirite?

RE: Marvin Sticking With Nugent - jj22 - 11-21-2016

It'd be funny if it wasn't so sad. No accountability. And it starts at the top.

RE: Marvin Sticking With Nugent - Go Cards - 11-21-2016

Right after he missed the 2nd xp

RE: Marvin Sticking With Nugent - Go Cards - 11-21-2016

Guess I will never be able to figure out how to post pics.
Oh well

RE: Marvin Sticking With Nugent - Bengalzona - 11-21-2016

Marv is gonna stick with his cruise on the Titanic. Even after it hits the iceberg.

It's all we can do at this point isn't it. Sad Still, for some reason my shoulders feel a little less "weighty". Now if this continues next year...

RE: Marvin Sticking With Nugent - Beaker - 11-22-2016

Nugent has not been good. And he will most likely be replaced next year. But kickers across the board have been worse this season. There were 12 missed PATs this Past Sunday. Nobody else has released their kicker either. There just isn't anything else out there at the moment. The Bengals worked out some kickers. If they had seen something that impressed them, Nugent would probably already be gone.

But the season is over, what does it matter if we try someone else and they also suck?

Blair Walsh.

Did any of those missed kicks cost their teams games because nugent said kicks did and that matters.
