I tells ya, Trump is like heroin. You start off with a "oh why not, let's give it a try" mentality and then before you know it your entire life revolves around him and your entire reality has mutated.
I just wish I could go back to the Reagan era and tell people that I come from the future where tens of millions of people are willing to dismantle democracy because Donald Trump lost a presidential election.

I enjoyed the judge in Wisconsin who said that Trump's recent lawsuit "smacked of racism" while dismissing it. He is up to 60 losses in courts across the country, many of which were delivered by republican judges a decent amount of which he appointed. The cases haven't just been thrown out on procedural grounds but rather plenty has been dismissed on the merits, or lack thereof. The sheer magnitude of losses is something never before seen in this country, no one has lost 60 court cases in a month before...so I guess that is something.
This was from a different ruling in Wisconsin by a federal Trump appointee. I am sure though that they are in the deep state, or whatever alternate reality line supporters are using now.

Groups and activities that knowingly support the overthrow of the government are flaggable, so it might come down to how the stop the steal groups are classified.
Membership in organizations could to a long way to flagging dissent as more of an active and less of a free speech sort of thing, but it's a relatively new thing that tens of millions of people are actively banding together under a single leader to call the government illegitimate.
