All of it. There isn't a breakfast meat that isn't delicious. All breakfast food is delicious. Breakfast is the best.

You know what. I just changed my mind about the ham.

Now I am craving a chorizo sausage breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, hash browns, and salsa.

The best type of breakfast is easily a goetta sandwich. Two pieces of toast with a fried egg, goetta, and melted cheese on it. If youre feeling a little crazy, drizzle some syrup on there as well and thank me later.

I would say most people think of eggs as the main part of breakfast. I guess you could get a short stack with eggs on the side.

I should also note that one of my favorite things in the world for breakfast is sausage gravy. Biscuits halved, smothered in sausage gravy, and two hard fried eggs on top.

Now I am hungry.

I generally dont keep other breakfast meats in stock. but always have pancake batter.

I love sausage gravy and considered putting it on the list. But figured I had enough sausage options. Damnit now I want sausage gravy.

Yeah, think how I feel. My wife is all dead set on meatless Mondays. So here I am talking about my favorite food in the world, sausage, and I can't have any tonight.
