Disappointed in 1st half results, we should have 10 more points on the board. This team doesn’t have that killer instinct to put teams away.

I thought it was before the fumble in real time too, but when you see the replay, the TE fumbles it quite early into that tackle.

Clearly in any case, the right outcome was given, let's be fair.

Irv Smith is just dreadful.... looked like we were on course for a 21-10 lead at the half. But maybe they stop us, you never know.

6-10 points left on the field here, but we are looking really good. If we can keep this up im more confident about us moving forward.

Oh bullshit. That was pure idiocy.

they're on pace to give up 380 yards so, if we only look at points sure they look OK. nobody would say 380 is good.
no the defense doesn't look good they've given up at least 3 huge pass plays.

24 seconds to go in half and SF had the ball on their 2 with no timeouts, how were they in FG range before the half ended? good defense.

they've let purdy run for 4 carries 43 yards, good defense.

I’m sorry, but they gotta get a tight end. You can’t let your tight end room be complete trash all year. They are literally hurting this team.

And we're showing some of the Seattle form again. First two drives good then we sputter, make mistakes and suddenly all scoring stops.

Why are you going to let it bug you?  The Bengals have done things like this throughout their history, you should be used to it lol

Doesn't matter who was in at TE on that play, it wasn't going to score. And you can't be up in the air with that many guys pulling at the ball and not keep hold of it. At best he needed to get to the ground underneath the tacklers. But that would have required our final TO, and then a sack would end the half. Instead, any pass should have been to the back of the end zone in places where only our guy could get it or it would go incomplete to stop the clock. That way we could hold onto the TO to save the FG attempt in the event of a sack. Poor play calling is the problem with that play.

Has anyone said it yet? Why is Irv Smith on this team?

It isn't ZTs fault. But it still should have been a run. Make them use their last TO.  He is just consistently dumb on clock management.

At the end of the first quarter, we ran a play when we didn't have to at the end of the quarter.  I mean, it ended up being a TD, but on the road, it a leading pisition, shorten the game. It is just basic.

At least he didn't blow the coin toss this week. And we did get it right at 2 minutes.

Throw aside the fact Mixon has been killing it.

Im the exact opposite, we kicked ass every drive.  Missed long FG in wind and Zac showed he can still be the worst play caller in the league.

Im thrilled with the offense.  Id rather leave points than struggle to move the ball.

LOL, yea maybe it takes a  bone headed play like this to wake them The F up on the TE position.

Wilcox and Hudson have been fine.  The problem is Smith has not earned the TE1 position, but is still being given the opportunities.

Well, we are still moving the ball. Missed FG and a funble inside the 5.
