I know they had the 2 minute warning, but run a high percentage play for 5 yards or so. At least make it 2nd and short after 2 minute.

All it takes is one first down to end the game, and we throw it away on first down to make it 2nd and 10 instead of putting in a heavy package and running it 3 straight times.
