Volson's young and improving. Carman was definitely not good, but played very well the last few games he was needed so there's hope. I also believe someone posted he came into camp in shape for once so hopefully extra motivated.

Spears to the Titans.

Volson was a rookie and Carman has improved dramatically. Yes we all know you don't like either of them and you have made it very clear.

RT is not a huge question mark at all. Jonah Williams will be the starting RT and he will be pushed dramatically by Carman.

LG is not a question mark either it is Cordell Volson.

There was not a single TE or RB that was close to being a better value in the first than the selection of Murphy...not even remotely.

There were I believe 4 games last season where the Bengals were down both TE1 and TE2 and they won all 4 of those games if I am not mistaken. I would really like to see Josh Whyle, Davis Allen, Cameron Latu, or Payne Durham taken in this draft but I am not going to overemphasize the need of big time TE talent in this offense.

It's hard to get rookies that can start Day 1. The Bengals are drafting to replace guys for the future.

I do get what LL is saying. But, TE isn't a position of value. RB...would have been a reach so far.

Titans just got them a really good RB in Spears.

So my list of players for 3 are drying up mostly because I was always looking defense here lol. Bigsby, Scott, Palmer, Abanikanda.

RE: ***2023 NFL Draft Thread*** - cinci4life - 04-28-2023

Broncos just traded up.

LG can be upgraded. He isnt good. A guy like Torrance wouldve made the line better, and wouldve made Volson a back up. A damn good back up. But Volson isnt good. He's not flat out bad, but he's replacement level.

Carman has you all fooled lmao Year 3 as a back up coming up!

RE: ***2023 NFL Draft Thread*** - THE PISTONS - 04-28-2023

At RB, i like Abanikanda who compares to Pacheco. Should be there in 4th.

Darnell Washington please....

RE: ***2023 NFL Draft Thread*** - WeezyBengal - 04-28-2023

Would love to know the Bengals actual plan at RB and what they want to do with Mixon. They know what they want, but we are all just guessing. It's fascinating to me.

RE: ***2023 NFL Draft Thread*** - Frank Booth - 04-28-2023

Hey guys, Carman is good because.....HE JUST IS, OK!?!?

RE: ***2023 NFL Draft Thread*** - Murdock2420 - 04-28-2023

I wonder if Tyler Scott is in play here with this pick. I know I read about the coaches liking him and talking with him a good amount.

If Jones is gone, Blake Freeland from BYU could be an interesting pick up as well.

I agree. It's not a slam dunk that Torrance comes in and is better though Day 1.
