RE: America’s Most Violent (and Most Peaceful) States - Johnny Cupcakes - 07-16-2015 No surprise on the southern states. Really, the only one on this list that surprises me is Nevada. I've also drive from Great Basin NP in Nevada to Yosemite NP in California, and it was easily, the most middle of nowhere I've ever been. You could go 100 miles without seeing a gas station, easily. A place so un-populated seemed like a low-crime place to me, but I guess when we're talking per-capita and the only big city in the state is Vegas, I can see the issue. RE: America’s Most Violent (and Most Peaceful) States - fredtoast - 07-16-2015 Shout out to Delaware. Representing the North East. RE: America’s Most Violent (and Most Peaceful) States - Nately120 - 07-16-2015 These states obviously need more guns. They have the most God-tier gun laws in the USA.
