If I'm reading it correctly. I think it is a good idea; especially expanding it to Broadband. I'f rather see the subsidy directed more toward internet service than phone service and free phones. Obviously the fraud has to be investigated.

This whole program needs scrapped. And yes reagan is an idiot for starting it and bush, clinton, Obama who is expanding.... It's all a joke .

Yeah because my Comcast bill needs increased so porn can be viewed by the poor at the level of broadband.
