Wrong Vigil was playing the under zone and the safety was supposed to come up over top. What happened was the safety slid over toward Brown and giving thr TE a whole in the zone coverage.

Ref made a comment to Burfict and he started walking away in the process.
Ref grabbed him to complete his comment, most likely a warning of some kind.
So once again, Burfict isn't allowed to do what the Steelers are allowed to do.
