There is no PI if the ball was not catchable. They could call him for a 10 yard holding but it was 4 yards out of the back of thr endzone.

This has been the best officiated Bengal-Steeler game in probably three years. They have kept the headhunting out and by more or less letting them play it is also keeping the tension down.
