The whole last season seemed kind of rushed. A lot of things happened in a short period of time.
Also, the Bran character wasn't really developed. He can see the future. Hmmm...then why send a dragon in to get slaughtered by the ships with scorpions. Then miraculously in the next episode she just goes straight in and destroys them all. Plot things like that seemed like holes.
Overall, there were A LOT of good seasons.
I'm reading the books now.
Well if you remember they tried to get Danny to wait.
You'll love the books.. Read them first 1-5 before exploring some of the history books / offshoots.
