Marriage Nullification, Now that SSM is legal - Rotobeast - 08-11-2015

I'm wondering if this situation will arise, soon.
People will state that they should be allowed to completely withdraw from their traditional marriage (without penalty), due to SSM now being legal.
They will state that they wanted to marry someone of the same sex, but being it was illegal they had to settle for a traditional marriage.

I know they should have never entered into the contract to begin with, but I think this will be a "thing".

A lot of you guys are much brighter in the legal realm than I, so do you think something like this would have traction ?

Perhaps it's just a crazy thought,  but I thought I'd throw it out there.

It doesn't change anything. Even if it becomes a "thing" there would still have to be a legal resolution to all the same issues the same as in a divorce.

Sorry about "thing", but I cannot think of the word I wanted.
I have a 3 year old yelling the alphabet into my ear, as I type.
Confused

I know you were hopeful, but I'm sticking with my wife.
