Wearing white jerseys on Super Bowl - BengalYankee - 02-06-2018

Before Sunday's game the last 12 out of 13 teams who wore their white jersey's won the SB.

Enter the Patriots who choose to their white uniforms, when they were the home team and were suppose to wear blue.

They were undefeated in their white jersey's in the SB.

They opted for white.

At the time, I was like does this team believe in that crap.

I thought the Patriots were above superstitious.

I fully expected the Patriots to come out their menacing dark blue uni's, only to come out with their timid white uni's and the Eagles came out with what they call their midnight green uniforms.

They were equally hyped before the game to match their uni's and boy did they take it to the Patriots.

The 2010 Steelers must be the only loss. The opted for their whites in 2005 even though they were home because they were the road team in all 3 playoff games and they didn't want to change that.

On a side note, they should do color rush jerseys for the Super Bowl ThumbsUp

Maybe its an individual team thing? I really like the Steelers all black, and the gold trim is more of a gold rather than yellow....or maybe it just looks that way. The Bengals are an all white, right? Not really much of a difference from the regular roadies. In general, Im a fan of the color rushes.

There was one where it was all red against all green. Looked like I was playing on my Odyssey II (look it up.)

That was the Jets (all green) vs. the Bills (all red) in color rush. The NFL caught all kinds of flack from color blind people who had trouble following the game.....
