Holy Crap - WeezyBengal - 08-22-2018

I just realized that Kevin Minter is no longer on the team.

WHAT THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO DO NOW!?

RE: Holy Crap - dr tarzan - 08-22-2018

Yes, he still is on the team,......... only now he wears #52 and goes by the name "Preston Brown". I know it's not a popular opinion, but Brown is really not one lick better than Minter. Judging by the 6 random games I "scouted" from the Bills D last year.

Holy Crap - Kaiden.Gower - 08-22-2018

I don’t know about that.. Minter never lead the league in tackles.

Bullshit.  He's already done more in part of two preseason games than Minter did all last year.

Exactly, that is pretty ridiculous.

Preston Brown was the leader of the Bills Defense to boot. Definate upgrade especially in stopping the run.

Shocked   Shocked   Shocked

I know Preston struggled on a few plays at Dallas but come on now. That's a bit over the top

RE: Holy Crap - I_C_DeadPeople - 08-22-2018

Brown is a upgrade over Minter, there is no doubt about that.

We have Minter-Lite.... so do not worry. Brown struggles in coverage so the team will need Evans and Vigil to step it up. Brown is a tackling machine however.
Brown will lead team in tackles i bet.

Preston Brown is the reincarnation of Dhani Jhones. HE LED THE LEAGUE IN TACKLES.... because people ran right at and past him.

Where's Fred, I wanna fight.

I’m pretty sure Preston’s name is going to get mentioned often on game day. Dude was awesome before he came here and will continue to make good tackles. Everyone is learning a lot of new stuff. He will figure out how he fits in and use it to up his game.

The Bills had a good defense last year.  Held the Jags to something like 10 points in the playoffs the week before the Jags laid a forty burger on the Steelers.  Brown was their MLB.  You'd have to think he had something to do with their D being good.
