Hart is so terrible, and the Bengals have to have the slowest LBs in the league.
They kept just picking on Vigil, knowing Chubb can get to the edge before him. Then Burfict trying to cover a TE.

The amount of penetration they are getting every play is causing issues in our offense.
Defense isn't touching Baker or even getting a hand on Chubb.
