Just from the short video Novak escalated the situation by getting out of the car and approaching Walton. Should have just waited for police. Certainly a mitigating circumstance.

Not a mitigating circumstance. She had every legal right to exit her car and try to talk to him. He had Zero legal right to grab her phone. Something pea brains don't seem to be able to understand out there in the world today, is just because you are mad about something does not give you the right to put your hands on other people.

Not defending the idiot but they are both idiots. True she has the right to get out of the car, but that doesn't mean it was the right thing to do. Why would you escalate a situation with someone who clearly doesn't care. What if he done worse. Just cut him already, it was a pick that never should have been.

Yes he does. And the energy and enthusiasm is amazing. Guy did a very bad thing when he was young but didn't let it define him.
